      PC genuinely supports people who want to learn and grow. There are clear paths for career progression, and my immediate superiors have always been open to talking about my goals and how to reach them. I’ve been able to work on challenging projects that really pushed me to develop new skills and opened up new opportunities for me. The culture really encourages internal promotions and moving across teams, which has kept me motivated and excited about my future here.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you really have to take the initiative and speak up about what you want. The opportunities are there, but you need to be proactive and clear about your goals.

      Avantages

      Good working environment with manageable workloads that gives me the opportunity to have a work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      As an intern, there are limited opportunities to take ownership of larger projects due to the learning nature of the role and unexpected circumstances on my end. However, the experience still provides valuable exposure to different aspects of the business.
