      Avantages

      1. Benefits package is very good 2. Health and dental coverage is very good and includes your parents 3. For a new grad it gives you work that you won't ba able to do at most other organizations

      Inconvénients

      1. Location is in the middle of nowhere 2. When you a good job it goes by without even a thank you 3. Management don't seem to be involved

      Its location far from downtown, but i guess it is normal for oil refinery

      Avantages

      PRC is a good place to be if you are open minded, willing to do things a little bit different than maybe what you have done before and you recognize and look for the opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      As an expat, new ideas are hard to implement. However, keep trying, keep showing up, and respect the culture.
