      Can't beat the mission. Strong teams of supportive co-workers. Most departments cooperate well

      Can be a chaotic environment. Space is tight. Need to be disciplined to get work done in this environment

      Rewarding Working with a couple of people who genuinely care about the animals Good for gaining work experience in an animal shelter

      Unprofessional leadership that is more focused on company image than actually supporting their staff Unorganized Immature and toxic coworkers Favoritism High turnover rate Unequal pay Management always talks about company values but doesn’t live up to them
