      Supportive team members and collaborative work culture. Hands-on experience with real MERN stack projects. Opportunity to work on frontend and backend integration. Mentorship provided by senior developers. Flexible learning-focused environment for freshers.

      Inconvénients

      Limited stipend compared to workload expectations. Occasional tight deadlines during project delivery. Not much exposure to advanced architecture decisions. Structured training materials could be improved. Limited long-term growth opportunities for trainees.
