The engineering bar is very high; smart, humble people who care about what they build. Culture is genuinely collaborative and low-ego. The research team stands out in particular — deeply problem-solving oriented, and they really understand how to get to the root of customer pain rather than just patching symptoms. The product itself solves a real, painful problem in the FinOps space and the direction feels clear.
Inconvénients
The current office is pretty crowded — growth has outpaced the space, so it can get noisy and finding a quiet spot for focus work isn’t always easy. Hopefully a move or expansion is on the roadmap.
