      Avantages

      Entreprise avec de belle prespectives d'avenir. Le turnover élevé donne la sensation d'une progression rapide.

      Inconvénients

      Conditions et avantages en dessous de la moyenne. Pas d'accord de branche, pas de flexibilité (pas de home-office), culture d'un autre temps par micromanagement paternel. Travel policy mauvaise.

      A lot of people thats been at the company a long time

      - Executive leadership team works hybrid or remote but expect everyone to be onsite. Does not role model, poor culture - Does not invest in people or systems - No work / life balance - Look are your diversity of your population and there’s only white leaders at the top
