      Avantages

      Certains travaux peuvent être très intéressants et variés.

      Inconvénients

      Au cours des 4 à 5 dernières années, le PDG a commencé à promouvoir des personnes non qualifiées au sommet. Les personnes qui peuvent à peine épeler leur nom sont les directeurs et les cadres supérieurs. Tout simplement parce qu'ils sont des hommes/femmes "Oui" au PDG. Tout responsable supérieur qui ose parler est lentement expulsé, comme un cadre supérieur récent qui s'est exprimé trop souvent. Des équipes de support d'entreprise merdiques qui ne répondent aux e-mails que si le PDG est copié sur l'e-mail. Des rénovations sans fin qui gaspillent de l'argent et du temps et rendent tout le monde mécontent.

      Avantages

      32 vacation days is the only pro

      Inconvénients

      Toxic management levels in 90% of the company. Only a few leaders care and all others are micro managers. Some even sexist. Leadership team and CEO has no respect for any of the employees time. Things are constantly thrown at you to finish within hours and call it "teamwork" when it's not on your job description and the people hired for those jobs are incompetent to do it themselves. Company promotes backstabbing with no trusts even when Powertech's tagline is "the power of trust". Cannot trust HR because they are under toxic management too. You'll only be "blacklisted" for complaining about harassment. High turnover rate because there are no respects from leadership. And there are no future in the company unless you suck up to certain people. Super low pay - way below market.

      Avantages

      This a place where you can foster your own future if you are committed and creative. A place to learn due to availability to amazing pool of experts willing to share knowledge. Opportunity to work on multidisciplinary projects. A company that care about its customers and employees. Despite being a consultant company, not layoffs during Covid. Excellent benefits including pension and vacation.

      Inconvénients

      Salaries are constrained by public sector rules despite operating as Profit and Loss company.
