Avantages

Firstly, there are a lot of negative reviews here that come from a small number of people. PSI is a great place to work but it’s definitely not a place for people who are not self-motivated. You are not a number. Everyone relies on one another. The firm is transparent about their goals, and you have a say in how to achieve them. Many procedures in place are a result of engineers getting together and finding solutions. If your goal is to work in DC, there’s loads of fun work.

Inconvénients

Growing. Pains. This company went from 0-100 well before the infrastructure was established. This has led to some frustrating management practices (or a lack thereof) as upper management has struggled to adapt. Sometimes this agency given to senior engineers becomes a scapegoat for implementing more or better management practices.

Avantages

None I can think of

Inconvénients

This place is a disorganized mess that hangs on to work culture from the 1990s. The PTO policy is abysmal, the benefits are horrendous, and they will harass you outside of working hours all the time. There is practically no training or onboarding. It takes forever to get concerns addressed, if they're addressed at all. The CEO will cuss you out. Titles and roles are unclear by design. The SMEs don't work with the marketing team and just make phone calls and emails all day long. It's a boiler room consulting firm running on borrowed time.
