Avantages
They are positive and supportive, at least while you work there. If you quit, you may not ever get a call to acknowledge you even worked there.
Inconvénients
I left because I can't stand all day on hard concrete flooring at Sam's Club. You're also not allowed to drink while on the floor (Sam's rules) and I felt so tired at the end of the day! I also felt like the quota is unrealistic. This may leave you in the lower levels forever, my guess. Wasn't there long enough to learn about the money you can potentially make.
