Stressful and not pleasant environment, the two-faced managers and team members are so bad at faking their two-facedness that I am even surprised they manage convincing each other. [BAR VERY FEW EXCEPTIONS] Also for a company that processes a ton of volume each month, they sure are low-ball on pay, hiring for as cheap as possible... don't be surprised if your experience is totally disregarded and a salary that will make you laugh out loud is offered. OVERALL this is a very cheap place with cheap people. I am not talking about monetary value here of course, they are mostly ok in this department I am sure, but I am talking about the inner value.
