      Avantages

      This company is really has a good working environment and friendly employees here. Pixere is a very good background and very good project that are completed. For Freshers and experienced this company is really a good place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Cafeteria facility should be more improved as company is growing so i think cab facility should be started for employees.

      Avantages

      - Acts like a family - Overall nice people

      Inconvénients

      - Useless ineffectual management that severely lacks people management skills - NO communication between leaders whatsoever - Stupid company wide choices made on a whim based on what the CEO THINKs will be a good market choice. (It's not) - Overly eager to buy out new entities without actually doing anything with existing assets. - Nobody knows what anyone else is doing and if you ask they'll ignore you
