      Avantages

      - Hybrid mode - Office located at The Gardens South Tower, can easily access by LRT/KTM Abdullah Hukum/Mid Valley - Lots of employee engagement activities

      Inconvénients

      - Very low increment amount - Too much office politics, favoritism - Micromanage - Not a stable company, they have been layoff staff for consecutive years already - Team lead does not know how manage her team in a good way, always being emotional. Don't know why this kind of people can get promoted even with low emotional intelligence - Be extra careful with fake promises about career growth, the only thing that grow is your workload.

      Avantages

      Post merger, both PG and IPP combined command 90% of market share in terms of online property seekers in Malaysia.

      Inconvénients

      Culture and values are very different between two organization. . PG Group too performance driven despite championing as a people-first organization. Most employees resigned in the past 6 months are due to culture and value differences, as well as due to weak people-managers within the org ( good functional skills but weak in leaderships capability)
