-Working for any small startup has its risks and challenges - most of the time the challenges are fun and inspire critical thinking as well as insights from every department at the company. Every individual has a valued voice and opinion -Upward mobility is encouraged, but a clear path is not always laid out since that new role may not exist yet. You do need to advocate for yourself and actively seek out new opportunities rather than wait for them to come to you
