1. Lots of learning for fresher's 2. Culture is celebrated 3. Yearly bonus 4. Flexible timings 5. Good Hr 6. Helpful admin team 7. Recent directors are very practical as compared to old mangers who are very unpractical 8. The ground level engineers are very talented
Inconvénients
1. Manager orientated 2. mangers take the final decisions 3. Less hike for experienced 4. Lots of cost cutting 5. Experienced hardworking employees are not part of management decisions/core committee 6. Mangers never do coding 7. Lack of professionalism 8. Management sometimes do very childish politics, although their intension is good but their approach is immature.
