Avantages
I was originally hired from the Transformation team who would be responsible for setting up the architecture and services for newly onboarded customers on their respective Clouds. Transformation team is great, management is good - MOM sits in US and its pretty closely knit team. HR response and general morale is good.
Inconvénients
I later got transferred to the Operations team because they could not close the deal with their new Customers for which I was needed as an AWS Expert. The work was very rudimentary, like any other lala company team basically. Looking down if you're trying to balance a work-life, expectations of being available beyond the shift hours.
