The benefits are reasonably affordable, and the holiday schedule is one of the more positive aspects of the company. I’m appreciative of that.
Inconvénients
Overall, this company looks polished from the outside, but behind the scenes it feels disorganized, toxic, and driven by ego instead of integrity. I would not recommend working here unless appearances matter more to you than respect, growth, or genuine leadership.
The CEO has favorites. There is no in-between. Multiple issues have been raised, yet nothing meaningful was/has been done. Nothing is in place to support other employees.
