      - Rudderless ambition - Top heavy staffing without clear vision / support from leadership - Constant and excessive turnover situationally based rather than performance-driven - Lack of resourcing and support on non-priority clients - Internal transparency - Team morale incredibly low given the losses over the past few years - Mistreatment of longstanding talent in passive aggressive attempts to downsize given new ownership

      Hands down, the worst experience I've ever had. Not the whole company, but the way I was treated was unacceptable.
