Avantages

Some genuinely good people in the field and office who care about their work. The projects themselves are interesting, and you can learn a lot about construction operations and branding if you take initiative.

Inconvénients

Extremely poor communication from leadership. Major decisions — including layoffs and staffing changes — are often made without warning or explanation. There’s little transparency about company direction or performance expectations, and employees are frequently let go without clear reasoning. Limited opportunity for growth or feedback, and management tends to prioritize control over collaboration.
