      Paychecks dont bounce, high turnover, safety concerns are fake, promised profit sharing is suddenly, inexplicably denied at last moment.

      Inconvénients

      No future, high pressure workload, incomplete training, crappy insurance you pay for, those in charge are the only properly paid employees.
