      Only the salary, and not outstanding, just matches the average

      Inconvénients

      Really bad organization, no stablished roles and India team has very poor knowledge on how to manage teams, you will fill in a company without head, No feedbacks, no real training but you will have poor leadership for sure.

      The company was great, it was good to not be micro managed and the management was quite understanding in terms of performance and external issues
