      They have some understanding of the property management onsite aspect since they used to manage

      Inconvénients

      Conservative is a very nice word for their practices and support of onsite staff. Why should I have to negotiate $0.25 to get a full $1 raise? Only to be denied…a quarter. Laughable

      Loved the coworkers here throughout the departments, everyone has been there for 10+ years and they are welcoming.

      Inconvénients

      Not much connection with management, company culture is lacking, and no opportunities for growth.
