Avantages

This company is an absolute anomaly in an economic time like this one. When everything else seems to be going down, this company shoots up 50 times faster and it's absolutely remarkable. In ways, working here can kick your ass, but there's something truly beautiful about it and I recommend anyone who is passionate about becoming defined by what they do to see if you can make it to Accretive. It will provide you with stories to tell that most cant experience for years.

Inconvénients

This place is tougher than it looks. You need to be a believer that this operating model works, because if you dont it will eat at you.

Avantages

The voluntary separation offer was good.

Inconvénients

I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
