      Avantages

      Loved the stiefents. Scheduling somewhat flexible.

      Inconvénients

      Administrative changes made work as a adjunct less enticing. Over 10 years only one rate increase. Promotion within ranks from adjunct to full faculty opportunities nearly non-existent.
