Avantages
*They manufacture some cool and awesome products that are pretty much indestructible! *Getting to work directly with business partners at some big name companies and building up high level contacts within your network. *Working alongside some really great hard working Account Managers (mixed in with a couple bad apples). *That's kind of where it ends!

*"Butts in seats" as somebody else said on here. You're expected to be at your desk at 7:30am every day, sharp. Coffee or tea already in hand and any chit-chatting with co-workers ceased. Periodic e-mails will be sent out reminding you almost military style like. *Creating detailed logs and notes in sales force is how they determine if a person is working or not. Be ready to make XXX number of calls, "meetings" and e-mails sent daily/weekly/monthly. *Be ready for uncomfortable e-mails from mid-management (sent out company-wide) calling out somebody who may have left a mess in the bathroom with "Bathroom etiquette" instructions or.....check this out....instructions on how to use push pins, yes, push pins: "Try and not re-pin something in the same spot repeatedly as this will cause an abundance of wear for that area" - for reals, this is quoted. *No set meal allowances on travel and any meal purchased must be on an itemized receipts for everything to get reimbursed. You'll hear it's not because they don't trust you.......BUT.......it's really just that......they don't trust you. *Travel (which is heavy) is basically to industry specific trade shows; long hours are normal at shows but there's a strict policy on not having a single chair in the booth to sit down from time to time and take a load off. Standing on concrete 10 hours straight, multiple days in a row is a lot of fun.....said no one ever! If there's a chair present, it's assumed by the owner that you'll sit through the show and not work.....again, the trust aspect. Look around at a show RAM higher ups, try and look for just one booth without at least one chair. Yes, this is a minor complaint in the scheme of writing a company review BUT it speaks volumes to how they perceive you as an employee, let alone a human being. *Their insurance plan is pretty weak so if you do go to the doctor routinely be prepared! *Decisions by mid and upper management are often made by assumptions, not facts. Accidentally break your company phone? Guaranteed they'll expect you were negligent. *They're very aware of the reviews here on Glassdoor and will tell you they want to help improve the internal work life, image and communication skills......however, it's all talk and no show. As long as the principle owners of the company are a-OK in making a lot of money (which they'll proudly boast about) nothing will ever change. Never. Why would you bring about changes when you're making as much money as they are?
