      Avantages

      Great culture. Love the people I work with. Webinars are frequent about social and culture issues goin on. Creative problem solving is always fun on projects. Room for growth.

      Inconvénients

      Less conceptual thinking. But has potential. Needs a better process’ for day-to-day flow. Timelines can be challenging. But that’a typical for agency life.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
