Inconvénients
They do not pay people enough. Over my 3 years of working here, at least 5 seriously good employees have left due to not being paid well at all, especially in a town as expensive as Austin. One woman had been with the company from its inception, and after 16 years with RASi left to go to a competitor because RASi refused to give her a raise. The CEO drives a Maserati, yet would not consider giving a raise to his longest-serving employee who moved across the country for the job. The turnover rate here is sky-high for a reason. Besides payment, they promote problematic people to mid-level management and ignore feedback from other workers. They also have a terrible and completely ineffective training course. None of the management here actually care about your success or anything you might be able to bring to the team, they really just want you to shut up and leave them alone.
