      Avantages

      They will hire anyone with a pulse. Good if you are desperate for a job.

      Inconvénients

      Getting written up for being 30 seconds late and fired after 3 write ups. What a great way to make people want to run out the door on their first day.

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Inconvénients

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

      Avantages

      great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

      Inconvénients

      Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
