      Avantages

      Great team environment and supportive of each other Great design team and creative Get to work on some great accounts

      Inconvénients

      Decisions made from management are not logical and borderline bullying with the way issues are handled Often it's a case of management playing colleagues against each other , similar to school playground antics People leave due to the stress caused by management and only come back as they're desperate for a job If you're not a favourite, slim chance of promotion or pay increase

      Avantages

      Fast paced environment, never look at the clock. Office is a fun place to work. Great clients, get to work on amazing projects. Work hard and you get rewarded and promoted.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of projects to juggle. Always busy. Daily Freight delays which are out of your control.

      Avantages

      Decent workplace, fun boss, mostly supportive coworkers, diverse culture is celebrated and welcomed.

      Inconvénients

      Lots going on behind the scenes that management makes an effort to conceal. Huge culture of secretiveness. Raises and promotions are almost unheard of, even with employees who have worked there over a decade. Nepotism is a real big issue, especially in the global offices. There is no such thing as structure or consistency here, so it's really what you make of it.
