Avantages

Hands on experience, good people. Very unique and interesting projects. Good equipment.

Inconvénients

The owner has an ego that 90% of the time gets the best of him. He has no technical knowledge yet he tries to intervene in all technical decisions damaging the final product. His ego is a million times bigger than his knowledge if you work on the technical departmet you won't learn a thing from him. Do your job and you should be fine.

Avantages

RENNtech is its commitment to giving young adults and interns meaningful, hands-on experience. They are trusted with real responsibilities that help prepare them for success in the professional world.

Inconvénients

I've worked at RENNtech for more than seven years, and during that time I've seen people come and go. The high-performance automotive industry is extremely challenging, and some people come in expecting it to be like working at a typical dealership. There's nothing wrong with dealerships such as Kia or Nissan, but RENNtech is a unique organization and one of the few high-performance automotive companies in the world that many enthusiasts would love the opportunity to work for. I first became interested in RENNtech while working outside of the United States. When I joined the company, I was fortunate to receive outstanding relocation assistance and accommodations. The housing provided by the owners was exceptional and made the transition much easier.

Avantages

The engineering department comprises a number of highly skilled and dedicated professionals whose expertise and commitment are exemplary.

Inconvénients

The senior management demonstrates a pattern of unprofessional behavior that has created a highly negative work environment. Appears to have limited experience managing a business effectively and frequently communicates with employees through yelling and profanity, often in a disrespectful manner. In my experience, the company culture is built on misleading representations and an expectation that employees will comply with directives regardless of ethical concerns. There seems to be a preference for hiring employees on work visas, which can create an imbalance of power and make individuals feel pressured to accept unfavorable working conditions. Employee retention has been a significant issue, with approximately 60% turnover over the past year, suggesting broader problems with management practices and workplace culture.
