RGI is great workplace, being part of RGI team give the opportunity to grow fast working in multinational environment on different projects
Inconvénients
not all projects are managed in agile mode cause it depend the client you're working with. Still internally all the teams are structured in agile squad and are autonomous to execute their daily work
