      Avantages

      I love working at RHP, I've worked here for almost 3 years and have learnt so much, there are many Pros. but the one that sticks out for me most is there continued support in learning and developing their staff - thanks to RHP, I've been successful in making my way to completing a HNC in construction which has not only helped me with gaining a university qualification but will help me progress to my career aspiration of becoming a project manager.

      Inconvénients

      I haven't been able to find any. :)

      Avantages

      Very supportive of employees, many perks. RHP is a rapidly growing company so there are growing pains but management and HR always have an open door to address concerns. Yes, some departments have more growth positions than others but all managers I've observed are fair and supportive. Pay and benefits are good from my vantage point of view.

      Inconvénients

      With all growing companies, there are growing pains. A department may become overloaded while RHP adjusts to bring in more people. Nature of the double-edged sword. In my seven years there, I've seen nothing more effort to support employees.

      Avantages

      Good coaching, support, flexibility, regular raises

      Inconvénients

      They could standardize their "promote from within" policy. Some managers are great about it, others not so much.
