Avantages
Don't be fooled by the recent positive reviews posted by the current management. This place is a toxic place to work. If you wanted to be treated poorly, belittled on a daily basis while ownership continues to turn a blind eye then you should pursue a career here. But be warned, unless your chummy with the managers, you will not receive the mentoring and opportunities for additional learning posted below. The pay is decent but you will be expected to work long ours and harassed if you have a reason to leave.
Inconvénients
Terrible personal treatment of employees. Ownership doesn't seem to care about how the staff is treated. Long hours with little reward, quite the opposite, with harassment if you try to have any 'work life balance' Flat organization. If you're looking to climb the corporate latter you won't have an opportunity here. Don't believe the this place is great posts that have recently popped up. They've been posting positive reviews using a variety of emails for years and bragging about it.
