Avantages
The salary was good. They basically overpay people to do menial tasks and use their compensation as the only way to keep them in a miserable existence.
Inconvénients
Honestly this is the worst place I have ever worked, or heard of anyone else working. There is zero company culture. The management team lack the required people management skills to be effective. Lots of turnover, consultants are constantly in and out (I imagine they have their reasons). Below-average commitment to training/professional development/continuous learning opportunities.
