Avantages

Fantastic experience with the initial interviews and offer process. The first day onboarding introduction to ROCK was also great and cemented my decision on accepting the job offer. The history and culture was explained and that followed through with everything I had already heard and read.

Inconvénients

The IT access and use of tools has no documented process that I know of. There should be a standardised step by step guide on how to setup the relevant "default" ROCK necessities. I worked most of it out for myself and of course, asking colleagues around me got the assistance necessary.

Avantages

- The company genuinely champions growth. If you’re someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and make a visible impact, this is the best environment for it. - Leadership encourages people to improve things, not just maintain them. You’re trusted to rethink processes, build new ways of working, and take on projects that directly influence how the business operates. - The variety of work is incredible. It’s a rare place where you can build a broad skillset quickly. - There’s a strong culture of collaboration. Teams are open to feedback and willing to jump in to help solve problems, even when it falls outside their usual remit. - The company is investing heavily in tools, reporting, and process automation. It’s exciting to be part of a business that’s modernising and taking efficiency seriously. - You feel your contributions matter. When you fix something, improve something, or build something, it’s noticed and appreciated.

Inconvénients

- It’s a fast-paced environment, so you need to be adaptable when priorities shift. It’s not a “coast through the day” kind of place. - Some processes are still being upgraded or rebuilt due to growth, which means you have to be comfortable working things out as you go.
