      Avantages

      Every single employee is rad - so talented at what they do, and good people. Incredible energy in the office. Young and fresh. We work with the most innovative brands and clients in the world. And we have so much creative control! So so proud of the work that we do. Caring employers. Caring co-workers. Founders have a passion for a healthy culture. So much heart and creativity here!

      Inconvénients

      Long hours at times. It's an agency after all! Natural growing pains, but overall so happy we're growing so fast.

      Not a lot of senior leadership which can be a pro and a con. No Group Creative Director, Head of Brand, or Head of Production.
