Also, Raytheon is well respected in Tucson, leading many businesses to provide discounts to employees. Depending on personal situations, the company supports 9/80 work weeks, but also allows 5/40 and 4/10s, with flexible working hours. The rule of thumb is 9am-3pm are the "required" hours, with the exception of lunch of course.
Inconvénients
Middle management is inefficient and hamstrung by the realities of their position. They are given far too little time/budget to attend to their employees, which leads to management issues taking too long to resolve and a lack of useful feedback on job performance. Training seems forced, with very little bearing on day to day activities.
