They have great onboarding which teaches you great skills such as communicating internally and externally, organization and time management. Do not stay here longer than you need though. Get to be a senior analyst and then apply to other jobs. The pay will barely increase the next few years even when promotions come. Great for your resume but the smart people get in an get out

PMA department head is extremely hard to work for/with. The work is extremely repetitive and boring. Bad pay. Some people are good to work with and some are terrible. It’s the luck of the draw for what clients teams you get put on. They require you to do RVK academy which is 2 hours a week and requires homework sometimes, it’s just as bad as it sounds.
