Avantages

90% non managers, 80% content, 80% benefits and pto, 100% remote work

Inconvénients

50% people managers and leads, 100% favoritism and cronyism, 100% lack of recognition and credit for your work, 100% removal of recharge days, 100% uninspiring and incompetent presidents (at least for MHP) and chief officers, 80% BORING and unproductive all hands meetings and town halls, 100% overwhelming and intimidating reviews that fail at spotting top talent 70% time (and most inevitably end up in undeserved promotions), 100% increasing workload, 100% constant layoffs

I miss the team off-sites. It was such a warm and memorable experience to see your teammates and connect over food and drink.

Avantages

None come to mind under the new leadership.

Inconvénients

New leadership came in without a real understanding of how hospital systems operate or how their budgets are structured, creating a fundamental disconnect between what the business is selling and what clients actually need. Clients are starting to realize they are essentially handing over marketing dollars that go straight to Google, and many are choosing to cut out the middleman rather than renew or grow partnerships. Nepotism is alive and well, with a significant number of people holding positions based on relationships rather than qualifications, which destroys morale and makes it nearly impossible to feel like hard work is recognized. Quarterly layoffs have become routine and talk of missing budget is constant, making any sense of job security or career growth nearly impossible.
