7yWhile we’re sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience, I’d like to offer some insights that may be helpful. Reductions in workforce only occur when absolutely necessary. Whenever possible, comparable positions are offered. If none are available we offer support services to assist with the transition to another role. We are heavily invested in helping our employees to be successful and productive in their roles. We offer internal training and coaching services and are in the process of hiring a full time Sales Trainer that will be a dedicated resource for our US Sales team.
