Avantages

You'll realize you have the capability to work for 10 hours straight and how thick of a skin you can develop.

Inconvénients

Worst company to be a part of, the industry sucks too. Long working hours. Peanuts for pay. Management is clueless. Unconcerned HR will treat you like they are doing you a favor. No growth or career progression plan. You will be treated as expendable. While you constantly try to slave your way to prove to the leadership, how they should let you keep your job.

Avantages

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Inconvénients

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Avantages

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Inconvénients

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
