We strive to offer our employees careers that they can be proud of. Thanks for the feedback and for letting us know how much you enjoy working with RXO!
Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.
Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers.
All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Employee retention is an issue.
The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience.
Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
