This organization operates more like a school than a company, with two principals and some class monitors who act as spies on employees. In this setup, employees are treated more like slaves than valued team members.
Inconvénients
This organisation has several drawbacks. Here are some key concerns: 1) Employees are treated as they are robots purchased for a mere 10,000, expected to work anytime and on anything without consideration. 2) The security guards seem to hold more importance than software developers. If an employee is using their mobile or conversing with a colleague, they are treated with suspicion, as if they are a threat to the organization. 3) During a feedback session, employees were asked to submit anonymous reviews about the organization. Some colleagues provided genuine feedback, hoping for improvements. However, management instead tried to identify them by comparing handwriting and later confronted them for their honesty. 4) In case of an emergency, if an employee requests to leave early, management assumes it’s a trick to avoid work and refuses permission, showing a lack of empathy. 5) The moment an employee resigns, they are treated as an outsider. Regardless of their contributions to the project, team, or organization, they are suddenly devalued and disregarded. 6) Even after serving the notice period and joining a new company, the organization refuses to complete the verification process. They assume employees only used them for experience and show no professionalism in handling the transition.
