      Lots of nice people to work. They are very funny an still professional. ITs great to work there.

      Not so much cons. Doing more internal projects next time would be a great opportunity for every one,

      You can collect a lot of experience because the projects are great

      On the other hand you´re getting bad a salary and a lot of pressure during projects.
