      Benefits offering are very good.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of politics and priority to old employees experience and internal outdated practices. Not much space for new ideas. Expected for you to adjust to these situations and culture.

      Avantages

      Rabobank culture outside of M&A is positive. Can do travel exchange programs

      Inconvénients

      Poor work culture, lack of mentorship, lots of leadership turnover and general inappropriate office environment towards women in the IB sector.
