      1. Good Work 2. Supportive and Approachable Management 3. descent salary compensation if you are an average person. Nothing much for talented.

      Inconvénients

      1. Pretty bad compensation for high performers as they are no very well distinguished. 2. Poor Management policy when comes to career of a employee as they are rotated on need basis.
