Avantages
Great company to work for. Besides fulfilling work and (generally) great clients, the firm really values its employees. Just last night, the firm hosted (and paid for!) a movie night at a theater for employees and families to see the new Star Wars movie. I still get a personalize birthday card from the CEO every year.
Inconvénients
Work life balance is what you make of it. The firm supports it, but client expectations can be difficult to manage true balance.
