      Salaries are decent, do minimum get paid

      Inconvénients

      manager run as management in US and they do not know its badly run as HR is hand in glove with managers

      Avantages

      Good people, innovative technology/products and flexible environment.

      Inconvénients

      Complicated work environment with little organizational structure. Management is not keen on adopting new ways of doing business. No marketing, and no career growth at all. Divided attention and highly reactive.
