Do not be fooled by the Bonus Plan and stock options in offer letters. THE BONUS PLAN AT RAHI IS NON-EXISTENT (EVEN PRE-COVID). The CEO makes drastic changes to any department at any time without notice to the department heads affected or consideration for the employees. Some of the executive management practice extreme bias for certain employees just because they have been there since the inception of the company despite the fact that they have no training or skills to do the job they're in and make terrible mistakes. These executives will terminate good people before letting the sub-par performers go. These individuals are very good at treating you like you're below them and that all your hard work is for nothing. The department that handles payroll repeatedly does it incorrectly, leaving employees with unpaid wages and/or benefits due more often than not and the worst part is the CEO allows them to dishonestly blame everyone else and the kitchen sink to cover up that they just have no business working in payroll.
