Offers above average health care package and a 401K with matched contributions, as well as company paid short and long term disability and life insurance.
Inconvénients
Lots of changes, although they are necessary to accommodate growth and to thrive in an ever-changing industry. Fewer paid holidays than most companies which can make it difficult for families with small children. Vacation time is limited to 3 weeks per year. Most employers (in my experience) offer up to 6 weeks per year to long term employees.
