      In my personal view, the APAC MD has Poor leadership, ego and always focus on his personal interests. Lack of team work (between APAC & EMEA]. Always jumped into conclusions without proper investigation and very strong in " BLAME CULTURE ". Upon knowing the fact, refuses to apologise and always twisted his statement. No determination on making decisions especially on operations topics.

      J'ai adoré mon travail et les gens. Le salaire était correct.

      Steady work.. Overtime.. Decent pay after a few years.. Solid vacation package.. We get a ham at Christmas

      Inconvénients

      Lay offs every year.. Always short staffed.. no lunch break.. only off on Sundays.. High benefits.. Took away our yearly bonus.. Took away our "weekly" production bonus.. Took away one of our federal holidays.. HR is a revolving door.. 4 plant managers in 4 years
